We operate on a BYO alcohol model, giving you flexibility over what’s served while we take care of everything else. We provide clear guidance on quantities and recommendations to ensure your bar runs smoothly and confidently on the day.

You supply the alcohol, and we deliver a fully managed bar experience inculding bartenders, set-up and pack-down, ice and premium garnishes and mixerts. This alllows you to control your alcohol budget and brand preferences, and avoid alcohol upcharge, while enjoying seamless execution.

How does your BYO bar service work?
How do we know how much alcohol to purchase?

Once you have selected cocktails, we provide a tailored beverage calculation and shopping list based on your guest count, event duration and selected menu to esnure confidence while purchasing. We will also provide recommendations for additional alcohol options such as basic spirits and options for beer/wine.
How many bartenders will you provide?

Staffing is scaled to guest numbers, service style and event flow to maintain pacing and quality. Exact staffing is confirmed during planning to ensure seamless service throughout your event.
Additional staffing can be added if required.
What is required to secure our date?

A signed client agreement and deposit are required to confirm your event. As we accept a limited number of bookings per week, dates are secured on a first-come basis.
What is the PET cup discount?

We offer PET U-shaped cups as an alternative to glassware. They present beautifully, reduce the risk of breakage, keep the venui cleaner throughout the event and allow our team to solely focus on service. If you select this option, we will apply the discount to your total invoice.
Do you require power and water access?

Power and water access are preferred where available but not essential for standard service. Some features do require access to power. We’ll confirm any specific requirements during the planning stage to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
