Co-Founder & Creative DirectorTess brings a background in hospitality and bar management, with a strong focus on detail, presentation and flow. As Co-Founder and Creative Director, Tess leads the creative vision behind every event. From bar styling and menu curation to logistics and planning, she ensures every element is intentional, cohesive and thoughtfully executed, allowing clients to feel confident their event is in capable hands.
Co-Founder & Experience DirectorArcher
Archer brings years of hands-on hospitality experience and a natural ease behind the bar. As Co-Founder and Head of Service, Archer leads all on-the-day execution. From setup through to final service, he overseas the bar operation with precision and care, ensuring drinks flow smoothly, service remains seamless and both hosts and guests feel comfortable and well looked after throughout the event.
